CSI Pros - Kept getting told that I did not send any pictures of damaged goods
Revolutions Moving Systems made all kinds of promises, for example, I was repeatedly told that the load would be going directly from Willcox, AZ to Fort Collins, CO. That was a complete lie.
The load arrived 2 weeks later in another truck and very damaged. The driver attempted to extort more money out of me ($700) by saying he could not drive up to the building. He changed his mind when I said I had to make some calls and came running after me saying, " Miss, miss, I think I could;d do it after all. He kept wanting the keys to the secure building and I would not do that.
Then I started getting notices that there were no pictures of the damages so I repeated mailing damaged goods pictures.
First they offered me a $59 settlement that was ridiculous. Then I talked to a supervisor after being told the claim was closed. This was in July 2018, she had found a whole file of pictures that were not in my file. I said I would send a file via USPS immediately so we would be on the same page.
I never heard one thing more except a note to say it would take 45 days to process the claim. I have heard nothing since. I am a 76 yr. old widow o a fixed income and did not need for this to happen to me.
Some things were even damaged right in front of me. Next stop is an attorney.
