Pissed Off
Estimate increased by 300% when they found out we had to be gone that day. About 1/4 of my stuff is missing- it all had my name & date on it.Its so hard to identify items when you dont bother to look.
I do have some elses stuff. I said they should have the company deliver these items that we had both paid for. She said she didnt trust you guys with the 150 mile trip.
Its to much to move 5 boxes that far without you screwing it up. Get a job you can do without being such disorganized clowns

NEVER USE ANY COMPANY THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH CSI PROS
Do not use CSI Pros or any company that is involved with them (an example would be Loadrans LLC out of Los Angeles). These companies are constantly committing State and Federal Crimes and they should not have any type of license to practice.
CSI Pros is not an insurance company, so when a moving company tells you to fill out a CSI Insurance Claim, they are committed an illegal act and need to be reported to the Local, State, and Federal authorities. In my particular case, I reported them to the FBI and the Department of Transportation.
Loadrans LLC recently damaged 90 percent of our items on a recent move. It was a disaster.
We were told to contact CSI Pros and, after spending five hours on paperwork, CSI said they were not accepting our claim and it was being sent back to Loadrans. As of this moment, Loadrans LLC has not offered any compensation (which is over $100,000 in damages).

This place is horrible
They first said I couldn't submit a claim because it was an in state move (it was actually cross-country) then said I entered the wrong addresses. After stringing me along for 2 months they finally let me file a complaint against Mover Van Lines (another POS company) and then took their sweet time to get back to me.
Right at the deadline (you only have a certain amount of time to file and dispute claims) they send me a frigging ridiculously low settlement. I sent a dispute, which was "reviewed" and rejected within 5 hours. When I threatened to go to arbitration, they suddenly added over $100 more to the settlement. I lost over 1K worth of items, some irreplaceable, and another 1K in damaged items.
This was dragged out so long that I was unable to file a complaint because the deadline had passed. They are a scam and should be shut down.

CSI pros is where all claims go to die. That’s a lot of time I’ll never get back. After agreeing to a pittance of money to be paid from Loadrans, I’ve still been calling them every few days for weeks
They will not connect me to their claims department theyll send messages for them to call me which has not happened.

Bogus company -will make up excuses to not cover claim
The moving company, Patriot movers, packed a box and put a hand blown lamp in with a garbage pail. It broke.
CSI refused the claim, saying that it would only have been covered if Patriot packed AND unpacked the box. All glass valuables were packed by Patriot movers. CSI said Patriot did not pack the box, yet it clearly shows pictures of a Patriot movers box. It does not state anywhere on any form that the moving company would have had to unpack in order for the insurance to be in effect.
It took over a month for them to come to this conclusion, and I am now without compensation for a $1000+ lamp.
Pictures of all the packing/moving slips were provided. Many pictures of the box and the way it was packed were provided.

Moving problem
This company is a total joke! I had over $5,000 is repairs and damages and they said they would give me $165!!
They are the worst company I have had to deal with along with the moving company Precise Moving.

Resolved: They stalled until deadline date, then denied the claim. They said they are not an insurance company. Total fraud.
They stalled in processing our claim until the deadline expired, then denied it. They say they ate not an insurance company and do not have to abide by the Florida Insurance laws. FRAUD !!!

Terrible unorganized mover Amerisafe moving who referred me to CSI pros. Boxes were lost yet I was told that they could not pay the claim for under $300 because I didnt notice the lost box right away
Nothing was marked and the drop off was so chaotic. They started giving me someone else's belongings.
When I finally was able to unpack my boxes. I found some missing items. There was a missing box with under $300 in it and I filed a claim.
They denied the claim stating that I should have found a missing box the day of the drop off. I wasted hours completing the documents for the claim.DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS.

Evil to the core
This company is the shadiest insurance company I have ever encountered (and I have worked in insurance claims for over a decade with major national carriers). They intentionally make the process overwhelming and difficult, asking for information that is unnecessary and often unobtainable.
They go out of their way to make the claim so difficult to complete that people give up and they don't have to pay out. The company is dishonest and manipulative, working with the carriers they insure to prevent justice and make sure that people have no recourse. They keep changing the requirements and then denying due payment. We have been struggling through this for months, spending countless hours and suffering just for them to continue to change the rules of the game as we make an honest effort to be made whole.
The moving company destroyed countless items, many of which are sentimental and have value far above the depreciated property damage amount, but instead, we cannot even get that. The company is painstaking in its convoluted labyrinth of ever-changing requirements and demands, banking on people not being able to afford an attorney to fight for them and just giving up and accepting defeat.
This company is the embodiment of evil and everything wrong with insurance. I am disgusted with them and furious to tears at the way they have screwed my family.

The moving company (Nationwide) I hired cheated me in many ways and damaged several items as part of the move. I applied calims through CSI for $3000. Do anyone know, how much we can expect as a refund from them?

Frauds
I used Big Shoulders Moving and Storage for our cross country move and it was a terrible experience from the start. Our movers barely spoke English which made it hard for us to communicate with them.
We had to put our belongings in storage for the short amount of time which I thought would be fine. Upon delivery I noticed damaged and missing items.
I filed a claim like I was instructed and after waiting 2 and a half months, I was only offered $30. That amount doesn't cover all of the damage that was done.

So many items missing.
Had the CSI Movers deliver items from storage and SO MANY items were missing. I contacted the claims service center and was told that they would actively search for the items but would never update me.
They had me ultimately fill out a claim form. When I wasn't receiving any information, I requested to speak to someone via phone call. All of a sudden my claim was closed and was told I would receive $35 for my loss. Never received a dime!!
If you are choosing a moving service, make sure they do not use these movers.
They will lose your stuff, priceless stuff, and not give one damn. I have so much regret using these thieving yahoos.

Corrupt and criminal business practices

I packed the majority of boxes myself.
The shipment was over 90 working days late.
The moving (movers ) were rude and attempted to hide damaged items.
My artwork and painting were originally boxed in special boxes made for art and fragile items. When I received them they were all thrown loosely in a very large unknown box and ruined. All my boxes seemed to have been pilfered though. Opened and gone through.
It was a nightmare.
They referred me. To CSI I ,we have cooperated completely and we are receiving the run around over and over bouncing our claim back and forth.
They said 90 days to resolve the issue. Well , it's been 6 months now 180 days.

RUNNING A SCAM
Submitted a detailed claim right after my move. They emailed me weekly on the status stating they were working on it and how federal law allowed them 120 days.
Kept emailing me saying what number my name was in the que for my claim. Then a few weeks ago I realized it's way past 120 days and I never got my claim paid. I email them and they email me back saying they sent me a letter I needed to sign off on for the claim and since I never returned it my claim was now closed for "lack of interest"?? WHAT A COMPLETE LIE!!
I was emailing them weekly about my status yet when they allegedly settle my case they mail me a letter? I have informed USPS delivery, I get copies of all my mail. I went through it all during the time they claimed they sent a letter. Wasnt in there, they lied!
Never sent. I mean they are communicating with me via email for 4 months now so all of sudden this scam company decides to send me a letter?? LIE!! And why wouldn't they just email me the letter.
I'm filing complaints against these criminals with the Federal and State Agencies.
They never had any intention of paying my claim. They are like Mr Incredible's Insurance Company he worked for in the movie of the same name.

Dishonest scam artists
Was filing a damage claim and told I had 30 days to submit three estimates. Ten days later when I had my estimates they closed my claim.
Theyre not an insurance company, theyre essentially scam artists hiding behind a telemarketing firm. Their policy is to make sure you dont ever successfully file a claim.
