CSI Pros were the claims personnel for Let's move it right. I hired them to move from Hawaii to Florida.
Informed me of the size container my items were to be transported in. Also told me that I needed to pack the items myself. They arrived for pickup with a U-haul and stored items loosely inside. Not in a (200 CUBIC FEET, 7`x 6`x 5`) container as stated.
When my items arrived in Florida, they were transported loosely in the back of a 16 wheeler. Boxes, ladders and other items had moved, shifted and fallen. This damaged several boxes and other items. Pictures were taken prior to unloading of the damaged boxes.
Individual pictures were take of the boxes and the damaged items inside. Some of the items were in hard plastic boxes that were also damaged and broken. Their response was:
The carrier is not responsible for any damage to fragile items unless they were packed and unpacked by its employees. Since the carrier did not pack or unpack any cartons, the driver would not know the contents or condition of the items.
As a result, the carrier cannot be held liable for any damage to fragile items during transportation. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure that fragile items are properly packed and protected before handing them over to the carrier for transportation.
So when the carrier crushes and damages the boxes due to improper handling, it is not considered their fault.
- No pros bad customer service
- Take over 6 months to reply
Preferred solution: I would like the rest of my items covered that were damaged in route per photographs of damaged boxes.
User's recommendation: Do not use company that uses CSI Pros, such as Lets move it Right or Hawaiian Movers.
Do not help customers

Verified ReviewerIf I could give a negative star I’d give ten!
They should not be allowed to continue business . I was lied to from the get go stating that the price to move from NY to Florida would be $1999.
And that the price was determined by the SPACE my items took up. NEVER was weight mentioned. This was told to me by Mark at Emerald Logistics who I assumed was the actual moving company. I was also told by Haley that items were insured up to $10000 so no need to purchase extra insurance and not to worry.
I was also told I could save money by packing myself. And that if I needed to add items there would be no extra charge as I did not have a lot of items. When Mark called for final inventory I had added a bicycle and a coffee table which he charged me an Extra $500. Then Northern Elite movers showed up I signed papers while they loaded truck nothing was ever WEIGHED.
Then they told me it was going to be more money because it took up more SPACE than expected. I was planning on paying $750 upon pick up and $750 on delivery. But I was charged $1104. Delivery was supposed to be on March 18.
On March 25th after MANY calls to Emerald and Northern the delivery showed up I had to pay $1104 to get my items off truck. I noted a box was missing and many boxes damaged. They said not their fault. As I was unpacking one large tv was completely crushed and broken, as well as the bicycle and a lamp that they had not even wrapped.
I turned in complaint and CSI said they have 120 days to respond. I happened to look up my claim today 7/7/25 and noticed a claim offer. NO EMAIL to me. My request was for $2800 their offer $27!!
They charged me what they GUESS what the items weighed and no credit for tv since I packed it myself. AS I WAS TOLD TO DO.
During this time I read the small print which I didnt have time on pick up day- which contrary to WHAT THEY TOLD ME, was filled with wording that was opposite of what they told me regarding weight vs space, insurance and delivery. It even says in small print that what is stated in contract is what they go by EVEN IF YOU WERE TOLD SOMETHING DIFFETENT.
Are you kidding me???
Both moving companies have changed their name AGAIN - Im sure due to negative reviews but CSI still stands behind these CRIMINALS. I happen to be a senior and I will be continuing my fight against all of these companies .
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: CRIMINALS
Filling claim cant reach a soul

No help
No help in filling out claims form. Very frustrating.
Form is very difficult to fill out. Spent three hours and no results.
Claim very bad
The worst experience I have had to go through with this insurance company. They are like the vast majority of insurance companies.
I contract Brightside Moving group from Florida for move from New York to Jacksonville N.C. the things of my home. A large part of my move was stolen and the other part destroyed, and this insurance company is trying to no pay absolutely nothing. I paid for destroyed my things !!???
Now it is time to pay, this report to Trump so that he forces these companies to answer for damages that they represent. Latter the insurance companies are a mafia and special this one.
In order to move things from your house, you have to present receipts for things you were buying a long time ago.
It seems like a jokes, but it's not serious. Thieves with license.
The worst company I've ever dealt with
They do everything they can to make claims impossible to file and collect on. Don't use any company that use them for claims as they are probably just awful. I hope this company goes bankrupt and no one can get a job who worked with them as they don't deserve to.
User's recommendation: Don't use them
Theives
They broke my 48 in tv and I received $28. Had nothing to do with value its all done by weight. My tv weighed 45 lbs and that was my compensation @ .60 per lb.
User's recommendation: No *** way

Verified ReviewerNEVER USE ANY COMPANY THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH CSI PROS
Do not use CSI Pros or any company that is involved with them (an example would be Loadrans LLC out of Los Angeles). These companies are constantly committing State and Federal Crimes and they should not have any type of license to practice.
CSI Pros is not an insurance company, so when a moving company tells you to fill out a CSI Insurance Claim, they are committed an illegal act and need to be reported to the Local, State, and Federal authorities. In my particular case, I reported them to the FBI and the Department of Transportation.
Loadrans LLC recently damaged 90 percent of our items on a recent move. It was a disaster.
We were told to contact CSI Pros and, after spending five hours on paperwork, CSI said they were not accepting our claim and it was being sent back to Loadrans. As of this moment, Loadrans LLC has not offered any compensation (which is over $100,000 in damages).
- Company should not be allowed to be in business
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified Reviewer |If I could give zero, I will do that because this CSI moving insurance company is a scam. Never, never to deal with CSI. They will never reimburse your broken furniture.
They never reimburse you any broken furniture or missing boxes. They will use different excuses like what I purchased the insurance coverage is not covered by their policy and then denied all your claims.
Preferred solution: Nothing
User's recommendation: Never use this CSI moving insurance company.
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND SCAM YOU

Verified ReviewerDamaged half of moved material. Damaged $18.000.00$ of household items goods. Says they are only offering $237.00 dollars. For damage and lost items.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are brokers only!
Damaged items. Lost items.
Refused to compensate. States. That all package packed items must be declared broken.lost after delivery!! Upon delivery..
moving workers unloaded 500+\~ boxes with packed items and wrapped items must be declared broken upon delivery when materials show no signs of damage but inside boxes are upside down material inside wrapping items are broken and missing items are not found in storage area etc DO NOT USE this company unreported damage and missing items. Damaged most %75% of wrapped and package packages items..
they have no replacement value for items and reverse packaging to .60 cents per pound. They package fragile items and deliver them broken inside boxes that have been tossed thrown into storage area or into delivery vehicles!!!
User's recommendation: None do not use their services
Pissed Off
Estimate increased by 300% when they found out we had to be gone that day. About 1/4 of my stuff is missing- it all had my name & date on it.Its so hard to identify items when you dont bother to look.
I do have some elses stuff. I said they should have the company deliver these items that we had both paid for. She said she didnt trust you guys with the 150 mile trip.
Its to much to move 5 boxes that far without you screwing it up. Get a job you can do without being such disorganized clowns
User's recommendation: This is not an insurance company. It’s more like a go-between with no actual power. The moving company can just say ‘no’ these guys are part of the scam, apparently they knowingly and willingly rip people off.

Verified ReviewerThis place is horrible
They first said I couldn't submit a claim because it was an in state move (it was actually cross-country) then said I entered the wrong addresses. After stringing me along for 2 months they finally let me file a complaint against Mover Van Lines (another POS company) and then took their sweet time to get back to me.
Right at the deadline (you only have a certain amount of time to file and dispute claims) they send me a frigging ridiculously low settlement. I sent a dispute, which was "reviewed" and rejected within 5 hours. When I threatened to go to arbitration, they suddenly added over $100 more to the settlement. I lost over 1K worth of items, some irreplaceable, and another 1K in damaged items.
This was dragged out so long that I was unable to file a complaint because the deadline had passed. They are a scam and should be shut down.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do not use them!
CSI pros is where all claims go to die. That’s a lot of time I’ll never get back. After agreeing to a pittance of money to be paid from Loadrans, I’ve still been calling them every few days for weeks
They will not connect me to their claims department theyll send messages for them to call me which has not happened.
User's recommendation: Never use a company who uses CSI for their claims.

Verified ReviewerBogus company -will make up excuses to not cover claim
The moving company, Patriot movers, packed a box and put a hand blown lamp in with a garbage pail. It broke.
CSI refused the claim, saying that it would only have been covered if Patriot packed AND unpacked the box. All glass valuables were packed by Patriot movers. CSI said Patriot did not pack the box, yet it clearly shows pictures of a Patriot movers box. It does not state anywhere on any form that the moving company would have had to unpack in order for the insurance to be in effect.
It took over a month for them to come to this conclusion, and I am now without compensation for a $1000+ lamp.
Pictures of all the packing/moving slips were provided. Many pictures of the box and the way it was packed were provided.
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE PATRIOT MOVERS OR ANY COMPANY WITH CSI INSURANCE

The monetary loss is over $100,000 - not $100. The cost of the move was approximately $22,000 and damage to my personal items and property over $100,000
Worse decision I ever made! Loadrans was the worse and CSIPros a joke.
So much loss, so much breakage, even 3 missing boxes! Should have done the move ourselves.
They are not an insurance company, they are joke. Their job is to work with moving companies to help rip you off.
We are missing almost $5000 worth of items and Loadrans LLC (aka Rapid Response Movers aka CA Moving Services). Loadrans LLC along with CSIPros are taking ZERO responsibility.

These people need to be shut down.
They “bait and switch” customers and no one has any recourse. They will not give refunds or accept “claims”.
Federal Law “By federal law, moving companies MUST participate in a neutral third party arbitration program to resolve claims of lost/damaged goods or allegations of being overcharged for services. Participating in this program and naming an arbitration provider is also required when renewing your Department of Transportation (DOT) license and Motor Carrier number with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).” Loadrans LLC of Los Angeles CA and Coastal Moving Services of Boca Raton FL have denied all claims and refuse to participate in any type of arbitration or mediation program as required by Federal Law.
